The ServiceNow Solution Designer / Developer is responsible for reviewing new requests and enhancements, translating business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions, and implementing technical improvements with a strong focus on ITSM, SecOps, HRSD, CMDB and Asset Management . The role combines business analysis, consulting, solution design, and hands-on development, following ServiceNow best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze new requests and enhancement demands from the business
• Perform requirements engineering in close collaboration with business stakeholders
• Understand, challenge, and optimize existing business processes
• Act as a consultant and trusted advisor to customers
• Design ServiceNow solutions based on platform best practices
• Collaborate closely with architects and internal solution designers
• Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with platform standards
• Write detailed user stories and low-level technical specifications
• Design and build integrations between ServiceNow and external systems
• Ensure secure, reliable, and maintainable data exchange
• Perform technical implementation, including development and administration
• Focus on ITSM, SecOps, CMDB and Asset Management improvements
• Configure and develop platform components according to requirements
• Support continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform through high-quality design and implementation
