What you will do:

  • Develop and execute localized social media strategies for the Spain market across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, and emerging platforms.
  • Build the brand’s digital presence in Spain from 0 to 1, driving awareness, engagement, and community growth.
  • Create agile, trend-driven, and culturally relevant content tailored to Spanish audiences.
  • Work closely with HQ and local teams to localize global campaigns, product stories, and launch moments.
  • Collaborate with creators, influencers, automotive media, and lifestyle communities to amplify brand visibility.
  • Lead social storytelling for vehicle launches, test-drive events, experiential activations, and auto shows.
  • Identify opportunities to create viral, conversation-driving, and technology-focused content.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and social sentiment to optimize strategy in real time.
  • Analyze performance metrics including engagement, watch time, organic reach, follower growth, and content conversion efficiency.
  • Help establish the brand tone of voice and digital identity in Spain.

What you will bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content strategy.
  • Experience in automotive, EV, technology, startup, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands is highly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of Spanish digital culture, social trends, and creator ecosystems.
  • Strong storytelling and copywriting skills in Spanish; professional English communication required.
  • Hands-on mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-moving and ambiguous environments.
  • Passion for EVs, smart technology, innovation, and future mobility.
  • Strong understanding of short-form video and content-first growth strategies.
  • Comfortable working in cross-cultural and international teams.
