Workster is partnering with one of the largest global outsourcing companies to recruit Spanish-speaking Customer Support Experts for various international projects across multiple industries.

These roles support major global companies in areas such as social media, digital communication, mobility, online payments, cybersecurity, e-commerce, and consumer electronics, all without disclosing brand names.

Your Role

As a Customer Support Expert, you will help users across different platforms and services, ensuring a smooth, safe, and high-quality experience.

You will:

  • Assist users with empathy, accuracy, and efficiency
  • Stay informed about the specific project’s policies, products, and guidelines
  • Make balanced, policy-aligned decisions while maintaining user satisfaction
  • Communicate clearly and professionally, in writing and verbally
  • Investigate and resolve inquiries related to accounts, usage, and service issues
  • Respond to user questions with high quality, speed, and empathy
  • Use your market knowledge to spot trends and recommend scalable improvements
  • Analyze incoming data to enhance the overall user experience
  • Support enforcement of platform or service rules when required
  • Review reported content or cases within agreed timeframes
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest process improvements
  • Recognize patterns and escalate cases when necessary

Your Qualifications

  • C1 level Spanish
  • Good English (B2)
  • Availability for remote roles within Greece or for office-based positions in Athens (depending on the project)
  • Customer Support experience is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability to policy and process changes
  • Confident computer and internet skills
  • Ability to provide required documentation (ID/Passport, Birth Certificate)
