We are looking for a Store Manager for our new store in Marbella , a passionate, inspiring, and highly driven individual who thrives in dynamic environments and is ready to play a pivotal role in launching our brand.

Your Role & Impact

Client & Business Development

– Ensure an exceptional customer experience, acting as a role model in client engagement and sales performance

– Build and nurture strong client relationships, implementing CRM strategies to drive loyalty and repurchase behavior

– Translate global objectives into daily team goals and store KPIs

Store Operations

– Oversee all store operations, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and operational excellence

– Ensure the store is always impeccably presented and aligned with visual merchandising guidelines

– Manage stock levels, replenishment, and product rotation to optimize inventory

– Drive and support all marketing initiatives in-store

Team Leadership & Development

– Coach, and retain a high-performing team with a positive and collaborative mindset

– Promote a growth-oriented environment

– Create an inclusive, supportive, and empowering workspace

Brand Representation

– Embody Ma Cherie’s values and act as a true brand ambassador both in-store and in the local community

– Ensure alignment between store execution and the brand’s image, voice, and wellness philosophy

– Represent the store in communication with the Head Office and contribute to overall brand positioning

Requirements

– Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, ideally in wellness or cosmetics

– Strong leadership skills with a natural ability to inspire

– Proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)

– Excellent communication, organizational and time-management skills

– Deep focus on client service excellence

– Passion for wellness, beauty, and sustainable retail
