• Create engaging and inclusive job postings
• Screen applications and assess candidate potential
• Coordinate and participate in interviews
• Support early career programs and university partnerships
• Contribute to HR and recruitment projects

Requirements:

• Degree in HR, Psychology, or a related field
• Initial experience in recruitment (internship or 1–2 years)
• Strong interest in sourcing tools and digital recruitment trends
• Fluent Spanish and English
• Excellent communication skills and proactive mindset
