We are looking for a Technical Field Trainer to join our global team and play a key role in strengthening the performance of our franchise network.

About the Job Opportunity

The Technical Field Trainer will be responsible for delivering hands-on training, supporting field operations, and ensuring consistent implementation of Truly Nolen standards across multiple markets. This role combines technical expertise, coaching ability, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

– Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions for technicians, supervisors, and managers

– Conduct field visits to support franchise operations and reinforce best practices

– Train teams on pest control protocols, microbial control, safety standards, and service procedures

– Support the rollout of new programs, tools, and technologies

– Evaluate performance and provide actionable feedback to improve service quality

– Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align technical execution with business goals

– Assist in the development and continuous improvement of training materials

Requirements

– Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Agricultural Engineering, or a closely related field

– Background in pest control, entomology, or related field (ACE or similar certification is a plus)

– Strong knowledge of integrated pest management (IPM) principles

– Experience in training, coaching, or leading technical teams

– Excellent communication and presentation skills (English and Spanish required; Portuguese a plus)

– Willingness to travel internationally

– Ability to adapt to different cultures and operational environments
