COSCO Shipping Lines (Spain) S.A. is seeking for a Warehouse Assistant (m/f/d) to join the supply chain department in Barcelona or Valencia .

Main Responsibilities & Tasks

• Coordinate and support daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient workflow
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock control records
• Organize and coordinate transport activities related to warehouse operations
• Collaborate closely with Customer Service and other departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction
• Identify potential stock issues proactively and implement preventive solutions
• Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures and operational standards

Requirements

• First experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics coordination is an advantage
• Strong ability to anticipate and resolve potential stock and supply issues proactively
• Excellent communication and coordination skills across multiple departments
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
