1、外包劳工管理:管理外包劳工供应商(包括新供应商开发、定期加成率审查与谈判、考勤管理、账单审核与支付等)。

1、Outsourcing Labor Vendor Management:Manage outsourcing labor vendors (including new vendor sourcing, periodical markup review and negotiation, time & attendance management, bill review and processing, etc.).

2、人才招聘与入职管理:监督小时工及正式员工的招聘流程,确保新员工招聘、入职和培训的及时性,以满足公司的人才需求。

2、Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:Oversee the talent acquisition process for hourly and salaried hires, ensuring that recruiting, new hire onboarding, and orientation meet the company’s staffing needs in a timely manner.

3、组织目标对齐:与仓库管理团队合作,确保人力资源战略和举措与组织目标保持一致。

3、HR Strategy Alignment:Partner with the warehouse leadership team to ensure HR initiatives are aligned with organizational goals and objectives.

4、绩效管理:参与绩效目标制定、绩效评估,管理绩效改进计划,并奖励优秀员工。

4、Performance Management:Take part in objectives setting, performance discussions, managing performance improvement, and recognizing high performance.

职位描述

1、学历要求:本科及以上学历。

1、Education:Bachelor’s degree required.

2、工作经验:具备仓库劳动力管理经验优先,熟悉外包劳工供应商管理,并具备谈判能力。

Work Experience:Prior experience in warehouse labor management is preferred; candidates should be familiar with managing outsourced labor suppliers and possess strong negotiation skills.

3、人力资源相关经验,有物流行业 HR 经验者优先。

3、HR-related experience (HR experience in logistics setting is highly preferred).

4、技能要求:具备良好的人际沟通、谈判能力、团队协作能力及供应商管理技能。

4、Strong interpersonal communication, negotiation, collaboration, and vendor management skills required.

5、熟练使用办公软件(如 Word、Excel、PPT 等)和相关管理工具。

5、Proficient in office software (e.g., Word, Excel, PPT) and relevant management tools.

6、语言要求,需具备英语和普通话的语言能力,能进行有效的沟通和协调。
