About the Role

Join a global technology team responsible for maintaining and evolving a complex SAP landscape across cloud and on‑prem environments. You’ll play a key role in ensuring secure, high-performing and scalable SAP platforms that support critical business transformation initiatives. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll work across infrastructure, operations, and cybersecurity teams to deliver reliable SAP services at enterprise scale.

Candidates must be based in the EU to be considered for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute SAP upgrades, patches, and lifecycle management
• Ensure system availability, performance, and compliance with security standards
• Manage and support daily SAP Basis operations across multiple systems
• Monitor, optimise, and automate SAP system performance
• Maintain technical documentation and participate in on-call support
• Collaborate with platform and product teams on SAP integration and delivery projects

What You’ll Bring

• 7+ years’ experience in SAP Basis and SAP technology administration
• Proven experience managing complex SAP landscapes (multi-datacentre and cloud)
• Strong experience with S/4HANA in cloud or hybrid environments (AWS, Azure, or similar)
• Solid understanding of SAP architecture and tools (e.g. SAP BTP, Solution Manager, ChaRM, CloudALM)
• Expertise in SAP databases and operating systems (HANA, Oracle, Sybase, Unix/Linux)
• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset
