TikTok Shop Manager
Shop or Two scales DTC brands on TikTok Shop across the US, EU, and UK.
We are hiring a TikTok Shop Manager to own client shops end-to-end.
This is a hybrid skill set. You drive GMV like a performance marketer. You build creator and content programs like a strategist.
You will manage multiple client shops at once. You set the strategy, run the campaigns, and report the numbers.
This is a high-ownership role with real room to grow. The right person will help shape how our TikTok Shop function runs — and, with the right experience, lead it as the team scales.
What you’ll do
Shop strategy & ownership
– Own the TikTok Shop strategy for each assigned client.
– Set weekly and monthly GMV and conversion targets.
– Track the TikTok Shop ecosystem: new features, algorithm shifts, seller incentives, affiliate trends.
– Act as the main TikTok Shop point of contact for your clients.
Storefront & product
– Optimize product listings, bundles, and pricing for discovery and conversion.
– Maintain storefront layout, pinned videos, cross-sells, and anchor content per SKU.
– Run promotions: flash deals, shop-only discounts, and creator incentives.
– Keep shop health clean: connector syncing, product status, shipping cadence, policy compliance.
Campaigns & GMV
– Launch and manage campaigns, from planned drops to fast viral reactions.
– Monitor GMV daily. Respond in real time to trends, velocity, and stock.
– Use Spark Ads, Creator Marketplace, and affiliate tools to amplify what works.
– Plan and run live shopping events and time-sensitive drops.
Creator & affiliate program
– Build and manage a structured affiliate network of quality creators.
– Handle outreach, briefing, seeding, and performance review.
– Script and brief shop videos with creators.
– Track performance by creator, category, and hook type. Adjust seeding accordingly.
Performance & reporting
– Track CTR, CVR, AOV, CPA, refund rate, and fulfillment timing.
– Find performance gaps and opportunities. Iterate fast.
– Report results to clients and internal leads on a set cadence.
– Align TikTok Shop with paid media and email teams for cross-channel consistency.
Cross-functional & tooling
– Work with fulfillment, ops, and support for smooth order flow.
– Use analytics dashboards, automation (e.g. Zapier), and AI workflows to scale.
– Coordinate with creative and design for on-brand content.
What you need
Required
– 3+ years in eCommerce, marketplace, or DTC growth.
– At least 1+ year hands-on with TikTok Shop.
– Proven track record growing GMV and optimizing storefronts.
– Strong knowledge of the TikTok creator economy, Spark Ads, and shop tools.
– Strong analytical skills. Comfortable with testing and conversion optimization.
– Experience managing both paid and organic TikTok strategies.
– Highly autonomous. Strong attention to detail. Able to juggle multiple accounts.
Preferred
– Agency or multi-brand experience.
– A track record selling apparel, jewelry, or fashion on TikTok Shop. This is a big advantage.
– Experience running TikTok Shop via a Shopify connector.
– Familiarity with TikTok Shop backend tools and affiliate portals.
– Experience in CPG, beauty, wellness, or lifestyle.
– Comfortable working across US / EU / UK time zones.
– Additional language (Spanish) a plus.
– Experience leading a team or department. Strong candidates may step into a leadership role quickly.
